Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Personalized products
- Custom-made products
- Special-order items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
We also do not accept returns for perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the eligible item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable laws. Personalized and custom-made products may be exempt from this right as permitted by law.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Policy Exceptions
Suite Escape reserves the right to review and make exceptions to this Returns & Refunds Policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. We may amend, modify, or waive portions of this policy when deemed appropriate to resolve customer concerns or unique situations.
